Payment Methods
PayPal and Zelle are accepted for booking retainers. Cash and personal checks are accepted after the initial deposit. Tips are welcomed but never required.
Booking Retainer
A 10% non-refundable booking retainer is required to reserve your appointment and is applied toward your final invoice.
Furniture Moving
For safety reasons, I do not move heavy furniture. If you want an area cleaned behind furniture, please have it moved before the appointment.
Appliance Interiors
Inside fridge and oven cleaning are $50 add-ons each. Refrigerators and ovens must be emptied before the appointment.
Allergies & Scents
Please disclose allergies, asthma, fragrance sensitivities, pet sensitivities, or products you do not want used before your appointment.
What I Don’t Do
I do not provide mold remediation, biohazard cleanup, human waste cleanup, pest infestation cleanup, electrical work, plumbing, or hazardous hoarding cleanup.
Service Area
Tinley Park and Orland Park are the primary service areas. Nearby communities are welcome. Travel outside the area is $1/mile round trip.
